What We Accept

We accept returns for:

If your item arrives faulty, please take photos of the item upon delivery and contact us within 7 days, and we will get in touch.

  2. Ensure you include the following details in your message:

  • Your Order Number
  • Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange, and the reason for your request

Please Note

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Shipping costs for returns may not be covered unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
